Paula’s depth of experience as an active REALTOR® for 20 years and a National Speaker translate in a fun and relatable way.

She was the 2017 President of Arizona REALTORS® and 2017 AZ REALTOR® of the Year, was the 2019 National Association of REALTORS Region XI Vice President and is the Owner of the Focus School of Real Estate.

She has been honored with NAAR’s Distinguished Service Award and their Presidents Award, as well as Arizona REALTORS’ Distinguished Service Award and was the 2014 winner of the Flagstaff Arizona Chamber of Commerce’s Young Athena Award.
