Rachel Marascalco

Rachel and her husband, Robert moved to St. Simons part time in 2014 only to make their residence full time by 2016.

Together they have a son and daughter who attend Glynn County Schools and who actively participate in extracurricular sports and activities as well as Saint Simons Community Church. In the spring of 2017, Robert and Rachel took ownership of Coastal Island Charter Fishing.

Rachel has been an actively licensed Realtor in the Golden Isles since 2016. Prior to that Rachel was also actively licensed in North Georgia from 2005-2008.In her first year in real estate in North Georgia, Rachel earned the Million Dollar Club designation with in her company. In her second year of helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals in the Golden Isles, Rachel earned her membership into the Golden Isles Association of Realtors' Circle of Excellence, the 2017 Honor Society and Luxury Specialist Certification within her former company. In January of 2019, Rachel was the top selling agent for Signature Properties. And in July of 2019 she was recognized as the overall top producing agent at Signature Properties.

In her down time, Rachel enjoys time spent with family and friends biking the island, boating, fishing, beaching, cooking and traveling.

Since making the decision to move her family to St. Simons, Rachel's mantra has become, "Love where you live." And she truly does.
