Carla Jernigan

As a native of the Golden Isles, I am passionate about the local real estate market and consider myself very fortunate to love where I live and love what I do. I am excited to be a part of the Signature Properties Group team of professionals and what they have to offer in this ever changing business.

I have an associate degree in business administration, have been a Realtor® and Certified Residential real estate appraiser for over 10 years and became an associate broker this year. I believe strongly in customer service and being there for my clients through every step of the process to make it as easy as possible for them when buying or selling any property. My goal is to use knowledge gained from both appraising and real estate sales to give me the skills needed to provide a comfortable and rewarding experience for all of my clients.

I will team up with Sandra Jernigan Buie to co-list properties as “Team Jernigan” so we can offer clients better coverage and that extra “Signature Service” to get your property SOLD!

In my spare time, I enjoy time with my family. My husband of 23 years, Handy Jernigan, and I have three children: Roby is in graduate school through Arizona State University, Anna is in her second year at Coastal College and Deke is a sophomore at Frederica Academy.
