Marcia Beauchamp Irwin

Marcia moved to St. Simons Island in 2009 after visiting SSI for over 25 years from her home in Atlanta. Her passion is to help others find their "special place" on this wonderful island. Serving people is one of her favorite things. Marcia chose her career path over the years to allow her to pursue this passion. She worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant for over 28 years before getting her Real Estate license in 2008. Her husband Rick Irwin is a golf professional here on the island and they both enjoy the game of golf. She also enjoys tennis and the opportunity to walk on the beach in her free time.
