Kelli Osteen

Kelli moved to St. Simons Island in 2003 after receiving a Bachelor of General Studies degree with an Emphasis in Communication, Sociology and Management from Georgia Southern University. She became a licensed Realtor in 2005, and worked with Saint Simons Real Estate Company. Kelli joined Signature Properties Group in February of 2016 to elevate her career as a full-time agent. She is passionate about Real Estate and prides herself on being readily available for clients, answering questions and addressing any concerns they may have throughout the buying/selling process while negotiating and protecting their best interests. A West Georgia native, Kelli grew up in Temple, Georgia.  After visiting the Island in 2002 she immediately fell in love with the beautiful landscape and coastal charm of St. Simons. She currently lives on St. Simons with her husband (Justin), two boys (Marshall and Andrew) and their two dogs (Ruby and Stella). Marshall and Andrew attend Frederica Academy. She is an active member of the community and is involved in a variety of local activities. She is always ready to lend a helping hand.
