A lifelong resident of St. Simons Island, Scott Risi combines deep local knowledge with extensive real estate expertise to provide an exceptional client experience throughout the Golden Isles. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Finance, Scott has built a career centered on real estate, entrepreneurship, and investing.

For more than 15 years, Scott has been immersed in every facet of the real estate industry. His experience includes 12 years as a residential real estate appraiser, developing and building custom homes, renovating investment properties, and successfully owning and operating multiple businesses. This diverse background gives his clients a unique advantage and valuable insight when evaluating market value, construction quality, and long-term investment opportunities.

Scott is married and the proud father of four children.
