Nancy Tracy

Nancy was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, but has always been familiar with and admired the
Georgia Coast. Throughout the entirety of her childhood, she relished spending her summers and
holidays at her family’s second home located on Sea Island. During this time, she made countless
memories with her family and developed a profound love for the Golden Isles and the
communities within it.

Nancy comes from a family of decorated real estate professionals. Her grandmother was a
pioneer for women breaking into real estate, her grandfather was in commercial real estate, and
her father owned and operated a commercial real estate firm in Atlanta throughout her entire
childhood.

Nancy graduated from Denison University in Ohio with a degree in Art History and a
concentration in architecture, giving her a unique eye and appreciation of all things beautiful.
Following her graduation, Nancy returned to Atlanta, married her highschool sweetheart, Joe,
and enjoyed raising her two children, Emma and Jack.

In 2019, Nancy’s lifelong dream of moving to the Golden Isles became true, as she now calls St.
Simons Island her home. With her children pursuing their own prospective careers, Nancy
decided it was time to return to her family roots and make her own personal mark on the real
estate industry. With a passion for helping others, it is a goal of hers to help people find, and sell,
their dream home. Completing numerous renovations personally, Nancy has a keen eye for
seeing the potential in a home and illuminating, and articulating, that potential to others.

In her free time, Nancy loves spending time with family, going on long walks on the beach,
attending local pilates classes, and playing with her three Jack Russel Terriers, known as her
‘furbabies’.
