Brad loves the challenge of finding exactly the right home for his clients, no matter how long it might take. Brad also strives to ensure that those selling a home understand current market dynamics, so that the sales process is efficient. And he simplifies the complexities of dealing with inspections, mortgages and closings in order to get the transaction closed.

Formally from the Midwest, and then New York, Brad and his wife, Kelly Hnatt, moved to St Simons Island in 2014. Brad started his real estate career 12 years ago in New York City, focusing on the luxury condo, co-op and townhouse market. Brad previously spent 20 years providing medical practice management services, where he guided physicians on how to improve the economics of their practices.

Brad’s many interests include golf, tennis, fishing, paddleboard, skiing and walking his two dogs on the beach.
