Mary Jo Prater is a well-respected and accomplished real estate broker who currently serves as one of the principals and Managing Broker of Signature Properties Group Inc. in St. Simons Island, GA. Her path to real estate was not a traditional one, as she spent 15 years working in the health care industry, ultimately leaving her position as Vice President of Customer Service for the Southeast with United Healthcare to raise her three children.
In 2003, Mary Jo and her family moved to St. Simons Island, fulfilling a lifelong dream to be a part of the vibrant coastal community. She joined Signature Properties Group Inc. in 2014, where she has proven to be a valuable asset to the company and her clients alike. Mary Jo is known for her outstanding customer service, professionalism, and research-driven market knowledge.
