Ken Sausedo

Ken is a native of North Carolina and has spent 30 years living and working in the Asheville area. Having visited Saint Simons Island since the late 90’s, and purchasing a home here in 2014, Ken and his wife, Jeannie, have fallen in love with Saint Simons and want to share that same passion for the island with others.

Ken and Jeannie have two grown sons; Jonathan who is a banker and lives with his wife, Emily,in Charlotte, NC; and Aaron, who is a Client Services Coordinator for a technology company in Orlando, FL. Ken is also a musician, a runner, and a lover of theater.

As a real estate professional, it is Ken’s goal to offer outstanding service to his clients and customers, and to walk with them through every step of their real estate purchase or sale.

Communication, character, and competence are top priorities for Ken, and he is proud and excited to be a part of a team who shares the same values here at Signature Properties.
